What data we collect

You can browse the site without telling us anything about yourself. We only receive data when you request a part or contact us.

Through the request form:

• your name
• your phone number and/or e-mail address
• the chassis number of your machine
• the part number and your question
• photos you send along (up to three)
• the page you sent the request from, and the language of the site

If you call, e-mail or WhatsApp us directly, we have the details you share yourself. For WhatsApp, the WhatsApp privacy policy also applies.

We do not need sensitive data such as a copy of your ID. Please do not send it.

Why we use this data

We only use your data to answer your request and, if you buy something, to complete the sale.

• Answering your request. We contact you by name, phone or e-mail. We need the chassis number and the photos to see whether a part fits your machine. Legal basis: you ask us yourself (steps prior to a contract).
• Sale and delivery. If you buy a part, we use your data for delivery and the invoice. Legal basis: the contract, and for the invoice the legal retention obligation.

We do not send newsletters or advertising. We do not sell your data and do not use it for profiling or automated decisions.

Who we share data with

We only share your data with the services that run the website. Each of them is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Vercel, Cloudflare and Resend are American companies. Where data leaves the EU, this happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or with the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

If we ship a part, the carrier receives your name and address. We pass on nothing else, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep data

We keep a request for 2 years after the last contact, so we can help if you come back about the same part. After that we delete the request and its photos.

If you buy something, we keep the invoice and the related data for 7 years. That is the Dutch tax retention period.

Cookies and visitor statistics

This website does not set cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

We track how many people visit the site and how fast the pages load, with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Both work without cookies and do not store IP addresses or other data that could identify you. We only see totals, such as the number of visitors per page and per country.

Security and your rights

The website only works over a secure connection (https). Only we can view the requests, after logging in with our own account.

You may always:

• ask which data we hold about you;
• have data corrected or deleted;
• object to its use, or have it restricted;
• request your data to pass it on to someone else.

Send your request to info@used-fendtparts.com. We reply within four weeks. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the authority in your own country.
